Problem Collection for Sweden
History and System
The Swedish Mathematical Competition was established in 1961. The form of the competition suffered almost no change since the establishment. Now it consists of two rounds of six problems in one day each, with the first round held in September and the final round in November.Sweden at International Competitions
Sweden participates at the IMO since 1967, thus being one of the first countries outside Eastern Europe to take part in it. They also participate at the Nordic MC since its establishment (1987). The IMO team is presumably selected through the national MC and the Nordic MC. Its best success was the 19-th place in 1997.Problems
